Great customer service! Moris and Rylan were incredibly helpful not only with picking colors, but also with placing the order and recommending the best products for our project. The Katy location is awesome, and the manager Nick was also extremely helpful with the order process. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience at this floor and decor! My wife and I were lost when we walked in, not knowing what we needed, but Diego was super knowledgeable and made sure we got what we needed and stayed within budget. But the great experience didn’t end there. When we came to customer pick up, Xavier, Albert, and DeAndre were excellent in loading and unloading all the stuff we just spent our hard earned money on.
