Today is Sunday, October 19th. We happily arrived at Floor and Decor in Saugus, MA. Searching for flooring for our new unit on the second floor. We arranged for the pledger to meet Mr. Thomas Ba. He was fantastic, incredibly supportive in addressing all the questions we posed with patience. He provided us with suggestions for selecting the appropriateness flooring based on cost and quality I’ll give him a five stars for his kind service.
