Even though I could not find the color tiles that I was looking for. Even though I found the store quite expensive with mostly lots of grey,: and beige color selections. I found the most excellent customer service in one of their floor employees named Sam I was there Tues, Aug 12th late morning almost 3 hrs trying to find the tile and backsplash I had seen on line...Sam very politely offered to assist me.
