Had a great experience shopping at the Aurora store. If you need someone to help with picking out tile Jocelyn is great! She was very knowledgeable and patient with us!!!!
I have an account with this company and I go into a lot of the locations on a regular basis to buy materials for my Contracting company. Out of all of the locations, I found that the people who work at this one were super friendly, very helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Everybody was in a good mood, and everybody was looking to help; which I thought was terrific. Keep up the good work guys.
Gavin was super helpful! He greeted me when I entered the store, helped me find the product I was looking for, loaded it up and brought it to the checkout. He even helped load it in to my car! Excellent customer service! Thank you Gavin!
Good selection, but I was completely disappointed that nobody I spoke with could answer my questions definitively. After posting my three star review I was contacted by the store manager. He answered all my questions thoroughly and said he would rectify the situation with the employees. I believe he will, and he was a pleasure to talk to. So not they get 5 stars, wich I believe in doing if people take the time to rectify problems.
