They don't stand behind the product! Our floor has been down a year and half. The boards started bowing up.They did nothing offered to sell us the same product for a higher price DO Not BUY ANYTHING from this company
Nicole did a phenomenal job. Her client skills and knowledge were invaluable to a person who is not aesthetically astute. Nicole was patient, showed me multiple options, and helped me match the current renovation theme perfectly. She knew her stuff and didn’t make me feel like a total novice. Highly recommend using her when you go into the store.
They walked me throughout the whole store after I got them the sku to the tile I needed. Employees passed me from one to another and got frustrated easily when they had to help me.
