We often buy tile, flooring, & materials from Floor & Decor at our remodeling company. Orders are easy to pick up, always by a well-trained, kind, & friendly staff. It was a pleasure to also recently meet Jeremy. He offered to bring snacks & drinks to one of our sites, which was so generous.It was also cool to show to him what we do. Highly recommend Floor & Decor for all flooring needs & more!
Mahya was so helpful at our design appointment today. Super patient with my mom and I as we tried to pick out what she wanted for her new bathroom. Made two visits to this store and felt overwhelmingly supported in both trips. The first trip I found tile we liked and bought samples to back to the house. On the second trip, I returned the samples we weren’t going to use and bulk purchased the tiles for the two bathrooms. Ken was there to greet me and Zachary took over to help me figure out how many boxes of tile I needed based on the square footage + help load everything up.
