The best experience I have ever had with any home improvement store. Key was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. I do interior design in motorhomes and campers, the products required for this type of work and the products are very specific. They were able to work with me and advise which products would work best. This will definitely be my go-to store.

Deep into a reno project this place has been my go-to for tile in Concord. The selections can't be beat and the incredibly helpful and professional staff make shopping here a breeze, they loaded up my cart inside and helped load my car outside, 16 boxes of tile weigh a lot! Service with a smile and reasonable prices, can't recommend Floor & Decor in Concord enough.
I think most of their pricing is pretty good. Their customer service in store is great on the front end! (Don't know about the back end customer service, like if I need to return something.). They have a lot of products to choose from. The store and displays are set up pretty well and organized. And I think they give out free popscorn sometimes.
