I visited Floor & Decor yesterday looking for a specific material to renovate my home. I even had a photo of what I was searching for, but no one seemed to know if they carried it. I went to the remodeling area hoping for help, but the associate there was more focused on taking photos than assisting customers. I walked around the entire store four times, and still no one offered help. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Floor & Decor. I recently spent thousands of dollars installing their “waterproof” LVP flooring throughout my entire home — nearly 2,000 sq. ft., including the kitchen and bathrooms, exactly as their team recommended. Despite being assured the product was truly waterproof and appropriate for these areas, the flooring buckled, bubbled, and began trapping moisture shortly after installation.
