The staff here is incredibly helpful! We were assisted by a few staff members, but Rosemary in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us pick out our grout colors. We were so grateful for her help!

Customer Review Issue: I ordered flooring from Floor & Decor for a project, but my order was delayed by a week without any notification regarding a truck and delivery issue. When the second delivery date arrived, the order still had not shipped, creating frustration and concern for my project timeline.
