Brian was outstanding in assisting me with all my flooring needs. He explained how to tackle my DIY project and provided excellent customer service. He helped me budget for the right items and detailed the installation process for my tiles.
We had a very positive experience here, our vinyl flooring came at an unbeatable price and the customer service provided by Monica was top tier.
Brian was amazing, and the customer service was outstanding. He explained how to install the tiles and clarified whether I needed mud or mortar. It was a very educational experience. I mentioned that I was on a budget, and he helped me find great products that fit within my limits. After shopping endlessly for new flooring we finally found one we agreed on at Floor & Decor. Opened a new credit card to pay for the $4,000 we spent at the Fort Lauderdale location. We were worried about how we would be able to get them home and the very nice guy who helped us told us they could be delivered but also told us they will easily fit in the back of our small SUV.
