I have been to tile stores in the past (this one included) but had never used the design services until recently—what a game changer!!! Gianna at this location had a fantastic eye, saw our vision, and helped us adapt it to something within our price range. Gianna was absolutely fabulous! She helped us make sure we had enough tile for our bathroom project, matched grout and made recommendations on care for our marble tiles. It was a great experience and we would us her again in an instant!

After shopping at several Denver area tile stores, including high end stores, I made my purchases at Floor & Decor, Arvada. The driving factor in that decision was the exceptional talent and service provided by Connie Courim Hunziker. Her eye for design took my vague wishes, decision fatigue, and difficulty expressing what I liked and brought it together to complete my vision. Very happy with the finished product. Malcom from the Design team was super helpful in-person guiding us through the store and answering our many questions as we narrowed down our choices. Will be seeking Malcom's assistance again in the future for any more flooring projects.
