Shower tile - Lots of choices at floor and decor.
Marcie just spent 20 minutes (maybe longer) with me at the F&D at Delta Shores returning items my contractors never informed me of so I missed the return window. It’s the customer service, patience, and the attention that she gave me that meant so much to me in a time where I rarely see people treat others with respect and kindness. Thank you, Marcie!! Spent so much time in here. Made at least 15 trips, buying different samples to pick some flooring. Finally settled on one and wanted to get more planks to lay it out and get a better idea of how it looked. There was only two sample planks at the time, so I just bought a box. If it looked good, I was going to order it. Well 3 of the planks were bowed, and you couldn't even click them together. Went to return them and was denied because it was opened. We had a very pleasant experience today at the Floor and Decor store at Delta Shores, Sacramento location. The store manager Tyler and Wendy were great to work with. They were very courteous and patient. They answered all our questions and gave us a great price for luxury vinyl flooring. Overall excellent customer service!! Highly recommended store! *****
