The Operations Managerprovided excellent, old-fashioned customer servce. He made sure that we had the right product and everything we needed - and even helped load up! Thank you!

I had a great experience at Floor & Decor. It is pretty overwhelming store, so many choices. I recommend you have a very good idea of what you want before you go or your head will spin with all the choices. The customer service was truly wonderful and helpful. I felt confident in my decision and am not having the buyer's remorse that I typically experience with big purchases. My flooring has yet to be installed, but i am so excited.
i was in looking for a few odds and ends to finish a project and the team went out of the way to solve my problem. couldn't have been more helpful and i really loved the out of the box, thoughtful problem solving. i special shout out to bill (or dean - i can't remember if his name was bill or dean. sorry bill/dean!!!)
