Jake was outstanding. I walked into the store ignorant, and I left the store educated. I learned so much about doing a backsplash, including tile edges, different kinds of grout and the adhesive. He was very patient as we thought through many different designs and combinations of tiles and grout. Really thoughtful, and so helpful. Give that man a raise.
