The staff at McKinney Floor & Decor are fantastic! Gabe, Jake, Abril...all took such fantastic care of us. We had a significant need, swapping out flooring for a different style and all were helpful, friendly, accommodating and never acted like the process was one bit troublesome. They took extra care with the pallets to ensure they were well wrapped due to possible rain! Out of all the Floor and Decor stores I’ve shopped at McKinney is my go to. Appreciate all the help and knowledge the team members have here. Shout out to Jaqueline and Alicia for their professionalism and knowledge to help me make the right decisions on picking out material for my shower. After an awful experience at the Floor and Decor the Colony (terribly rude manager), we went to the McKinney location. Before even starting our shopping excursion (tiles, and all tiling installation supplies) we wanted to talk with the manager about price matching a tile we found online (same specs: brand, material, color, size).
