Ashley was such a fantastic help for my wife and I during the selection process! Great customer service and attention to detail!
AB was spectacular! She was on the ball and helped my mom out with all of her questions. She did the math for us and scanned and printed everything out. Highly recommend this spot and go see AB!
My husband and I were immediately greeted by PJ who walked around the entire store answering all of our questions. We left the store learning things we dint know about the different kind of tiles . Thank you PJ for making our trip there very less stressful .
I'm not sure what anyone has said about the customer service at this store but damn!! I've been working with contractors for almost 20 years and haven't gotten this level of advice. Contractors, AI, You Tube, etc. don't bother go to the Baton Rouge store. Ask for Chris Medlock if you need help with any kind of bathroom build. This guy knows what he is talking about.
