We had a great experience shopping for shower tile at the Mansfield store. Tyler spent considerable time with us, and helped us find the tile we wanted. Naturally, we chose a tile that has been discontinued, but Diana went above and beyond to make sure we could find the tile at other Floor & Decor locations. Both Diana and Tyler were professional, very friendly, and made our time there very pleasant. We will definitely shop there again.
The free design center was awesome, I came in unsure of a lot of colors and ideas and I left there with a printed color picture of exactly what I want. Perfect service.
Barbara helped us pick the right flooring for our home. Her customer service was above and beyond!
