We were scolded today by one of your designers for sorting through some marble tile to find seven more pieces to match the stone that is already on the floor. I’m lowering my previous review from a five to a two to make it align with the service we received.
Went to pick up hickory wood flooring order my wife placed. Employees stated I also had another order of 4 large rolls of ditra there as well, and asked if I wanted to pick it up too. Of course I agreed as we need it for our project and I thought my wife had just ordered it without talking to me. Ended up being someone else’s product, so they looked at cameras and called me and told me I needed to bring it back.
