We were I. Your Hyannis store this week, and Amy was so very helpful in showing us tiling for a bathroom remodel, stopped what she was doing (washing a floor on display) to assist us, and she gave us great advice and showed us products we are so happy with, and will be back to order once we move forward with our product! Buyer Beware - I recently purchased an engineered floor thru the Hyannis St. I went to the store and not only purchased a sample of the flooring but also looked at all the samples of the flooring I was about to order as well as the larger sample on display. I had my floor installer pick up the floor (due to the crazy delivery cost to my home about 3 miles away). This is a second home and I was not able to be there at the time of pick up.
