Awesome service. Yefim, Eddy and Devonte from warehouse was great help. Way better service than Home Depot and Lowe’s.
Wow! If staff doesn't know how to talk with senior citizens, this store has a problem. Took my money to another store and the person answered my questions politely! The store manager responded that training and communication with staff involved occurred. They've offered compensation for my issues. I'll think about it cause they definitely have the product I want. What I dont want is another rude sales person.
You need to add this place to your choices of tile selections. They have full-size, single tiles for purchase that you can take home. If it doesn't turn out to be what you want, you can return it if it's not damaged. In our opinion, this is the largest selection of tile you'll ever see in your life. Many staff walking around to assist too. Prices are very comparable if not better than other nearby stores.
