Had one of the most horrible customer service experience at this location and it sure is my first and last time shopping here. Two personnel stood by the checkout counter chatting like lovebirds even when I was the only customer waiting, had to walk up to remind them that I was waiting to be checked out. I was at the Humble location and I needed some help with tile for my newly renovated restroom, I came across a gentleman by the name of Jr., he asked me if I needed help with anything and I told him yes I do. It’s so many different choices and colors and styles I couldn’t decide. I walked me around and helped me as long as I needed.
