Floor and Decor is a total joke. They make things up as they go to whatever best suits them. Customers DO NOT come first. Our first issue we tried returning floors my recently deceased uncle had purchased- they still sold the floors, but changed the sku # so they “couldn’t accept them” even though typing in the old sku# still showed the flooring on their website.
