I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased flooring from Floor & Decor, and although the boxes had the same part number, they came from different production lots with noticeably different finishes. The difference became obvious after installation, leaving part of my home with an inconsistent appearance. I reported the issue immediately, and Floor & Decor told me they would send an inspector. We have a positive experience with Ms Ana ,the in house designer .She is very professional and knowledgeable .What we really like about her is ,she gives us options that fits on our budget .She was very patient with us .We appreciate your help Ms Ana !
