I’m a homeowner and had been using the other Floor & Decor in San Diego as my go-to store. Honestly, every visit left me frustrated. The customer service was consistently poor, and I usually walked out regretting the trip. One of my contractors suggested I try the Chula Vista location instead, and I’m so glad I did.
