We had an excellent experience today with Ben and Pedro helping us in the loading department thank you Flor and decor for your excellent customer service
In the past two days, I have been to this location 2 times. Each time, Brendan with the curly hair, had helped me check out. He was very nice and explained the return policy thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and nice! I also love the flooring I picked out to refinish my house!
Absolutely LOVE Charles - he was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. I won’t hesitate to buy flooring from floor and decor for any future projects.
I feel completely misled by this company. While shopping for new tiles, we stopped here before finalizing our purchase elsewhere. We found something we liked but the store did not price match the tiles. The rules clearly say that if we can show a competitor have better prices the store will price match. The store manager just did not honor the price, too bad. They lost a customer. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN !
