My husband & I went to shower tiles one day last week & a gentleman by the name of Chris was very nice and helpful. Went there again to look for shower floor tiles and the atmosphere was very different. Chris was not there , but there was a different kind of energy, will probably call first to see if Chris is there before I go next time.
I never realized the benefit of the design service however it was the best experience ever. Brittanys knowledge and patience are so far unmatched. I've been in the real estate investment business a while and working on your own space takes an entirely different approach. I appreciate both Brittany's and Chris's expertise in finding my style while still taking into practicality and durability. Kudos to floor decor for offering this service to their customers!
Erica Jones helped me pick tile and flooring for my new bathroom. She helped calm my nerves and helped me choose a beautiful pattern
Chris,one of the designers, helped me so much! He took some pictures that I brought and steered me toward things, but ultimately let me make the decisions. He had great advice, a keen eye, but wasn’t pushy about anything. Erica was also super helpful with a couple of color choices. Highly recommend this location and this design team!
