Francisco was amazing in helping me out with a grout situation to a 100 % satisfaction. He was extremely professional, listened and came up with a solution that was outstanding. Overall, every interaction with staff at this location has always been positive.
Floor & Decor can't be beat!!! We attempted ordering flooring at a local place in Fairfield, NJ. We were originally promised it would take 10 business days for materials to arrive. It has been 2 months & still no materials and extremely difficult to get the associate that helped us on the phone or even a return call.
