Unbelievably friendly and outgoing staff! I came in to find some tile and left without a group of friends that assisted me above and beyond anything I've experienced before. Customer service is alive and well at Floor and Decor of Wayne from the cashiers to the very knowledgeable staff on the floor.
Rodney is great he helped us out with what we need he took his time helping us find the right product
I’ve never had a bad experience in my years of going to this store until I met the manager Sandy. She is very disrespectful and rude. I don’t understand how she was hired as a manager. I am a pro member and have spent a lot of money and time in this store. I’ve never had a bad experience. The one time I speak to her I never wanted to return to this store again. She needs to take a course on customer service and how to speak to people in a respectful manner.
