We had a great experience using Floor and Decor for our kitchen backsplash. John was very professional and helpful guiding us through the process, and Troy the contractor for the install was very professional, called back right away when we had questions. it's a very bad place they do not have the knowledge to put a order together I recently purchased over $8000 worth of materials and from the moment I was picking it up it was the wrong skill and they claimed that they were gonna change it they unloaded back for my trailer brought it back to the store I had eight pallets that had supposed to pick up when I came back for my second trip they say they straight it out and it was the wrong materials however we didn't know my installer into the electrician put the lights on the hou... read more
