We recently re-visited Floor and Decor and were fortunate to be helped by Donna - the design consultant. She is so patient, and guided us with skill and warmth. Floor and Decor is so lucky to have her! Once we finish our bathroom renovation, we will be happy to come back for buying material for other rooms. Donna's expertise is inspiring us to keep beautifying our home!
I love floor and decor - best place ever. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the collection they have is so wide and well-priced
Overpriced in my opinion. They specialize in tiles but yet Home Depot has better pricing.
After wandering around aimlessly trying to decide what to choose for a rehab, I finally asked for help. Grace had everything pulled together in no time at all! Very happy with her guidance and input. Highly recommend actually asking for her. She has a good eye and listens to what you’re trying to accomplish. Thanks, Grace! The girl at check out has very bad attitude. I got my order paid last time with her station and she was rude but i didn't care and left. but today attitude is not accepted. I forgot to catch her name. I returned my boxes and she asked me how many boxes i had, i said 5. I didn't know what make the difference and the guys help me load boxes inside, when i parked my car and just walk in the door, she said "you are being so rude customers, because you have more than 5 boxes and you told have 5, you are such a rude customers muti... read more
