Unbelievable incompetence with several staff who attempted and failed a simple transaction 3 times. Without knowledge how to keep the order pending or cancel it they didn’t attempt resolve the issue. We left before closing and then discovered the charge went thru with our bank then next morning. Now at the store again to resolve this and no trace of order, cancelled transaction or anything. The other day, I went there because I wanted to make some upgrades to my bathroom. I started to feel confused by all the options they had, but an associate (Shana, if I’m not mistaken) was so helpful and patient. She helped me choose the right tile grout and even pick out a vanity. I couldn’t be happier. Everything turned out so beautiful and well put together.
Very nice store that is cleaner and larger than most.
