I’m truly disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of accountability in the customer service I experienced with Floor & Decor. I spent a significant amount of money and expected at least a reasonable level of support when issues arose not blame shifted back to me. What’s most frustrating is that I wasn’t even asking for a full refund just a fair resolution. A partial refund or a genuine attempt to make things right would have shown integrity. We were pleasantly surprised with this store! Someone was up front to greet us immediately and helped point us in the direction of what we were looking for. Everyone in the store was helpful and checked on us often. The store itself was laid out clearly and orderly. Their prices are also well below other home improvement stores. We’ll definitely be back!
