Just inherited 6 rentals across the Valley from my terribly cheap great uncle, (it's okay he was a self identifying cheapskate :). Went to the La Quinta shop to pick up a sample to make sure it will work with the existing tile. I first started my day at lowe's hardware store.Where there was absolutely no client service.No attention to customers.And so after half an hour waiting for someone to assist in the floor department and asking for the manager who never showed we finally left. A friend suggested flor and decor and it was an amazing surprise.When we arrived, we were greeted by staff and asked if we needed assistance. We had a great experience in this store with Saul designing our primary bathroom ! He knew exactly what is our style and colors . Very impressed with his service , knowledge and professionalism. For sure we will be back, we still have 3 more bathroom to do. We love Floor and Decor for great prices and selection . Bought honed linen limestone very cheap and saved thousands . Looks amazing and we get lots of compliments . We shop from Canada.
This location has one of best crews i’ve seen in any retail store. I’ve been coming over the last three years and everyone is so kind and helpful. It never feels like I’m bothering someone when i ask for help, the design folks are really friendly and helpful and the checkout staff is always cheery and helpful as well. Theres just a lot of consistent good energy in the store. Not that everyone has to be 100% all the time but by and large its a place i feel good shopping at.
