This is my third time coming into Floor and decor for a bathroom project in La Quinta, CA. The customer service has been nothing but excellent! From the design consultation with Saul, to needing an extra box of tile with another gentleman that I did not see their name tag but was wearing a fabulous kimono from Japan, to the complementary waters out the door by Thania, I LOVE the attention the generosity, and kindness and simply feel witnessed and seen. Thank you so much!
Worst customer service support. Walked in nobody greeted me. Nobody helped me out.. rude service over the phone. After taxes wasnt stupidily overpriced.. they dont like ppl like me is what they said.... wish i can give 0 stars.
Huge selection on quality tile and flooring. A must if you are building or remodeling.
