Awesome customer service patient
I want to thank Carla and Sindi and Hanan for their patience and help in helping us buy the flooring material. They were exceptionally helpful. Especially Hanan. I had store credit and he helped me with the transaction . And saved me a trip home for which I’m very grateful.
This store (Falls Church location) is located in Bailey's Crossroad. The selection in this huge store is inspiring with aisle after aisle of all types of tile. A store designer named 'Vivian' understood my design vision and helped me select all the tiles and grout colors. I highly recommend her. I can't wait for my contractor to start my renovation.
