We were very pleased with Paul from Floor Coverings International of Toronto. He wasted no time in taking measurement and showing us samples. He answered our questions and was very informative with which flooring would be best for us. Paul was so pleasant to deal with. Installation day, two installers Jessica and Bruno, came in.
