Had about half of my house tiled in April/May 2025. After about 6 months there was grout cracking along cabinets. many tiles had chips from install, and most cut tiles looked bad. They brought in a new installer to fix the issues. Initially there was some difficulty getting them to replace broke/poorly installed tiles (ie wanting to add trim along cabinets or widen thresholds to cover over jagged cut tile). Not only did the gentleman show up on time and worked extremely hard to get the fix done asap after finishing a 5 hour drive to Louisiana on a Sunday talk about going above and beyond for there customers I couldn’t recommend this company more
