I met Courtney at the RI home show in April 2026. She was very pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions. Then it wasn't long after I called to make an appointment. Then her husband brought the samples at my house and explained the process from start to finish so we knew what to expect. After measuring he showed us from his laptop what the room would look like, then gave us an excellent price so we gave him a deposit that day to get the job going. I had the interior carpet of our boat replaced. Tim (the owner) was quite knowledgeable about this kind of project, the price was within my expectations, and the installer did a great job. Highly recommended!
I can’t say enough good things about this company! Everything from the initial consultation to the installation and final walk through was amazing! A special shout out to Tom, the man who installed the flooring. He is a true craftsman! Working with this company was a pleasure from start to finish! I am thrilled with my new floors!

I chose FCI after receiving multiple quotes. Tim was able to come down in price and work within my preferred timeframe. He also set expectations that, due to the age of the floors, they wouldn’t be perfect but would look good. Unfortunately, the execution didn’t match those expectations. After the first day of work, debris including garbage bags and ripped-up wood, was left on my front lawn and remained there for two days until I followed up multiple times.
