Excellent Work. We needed a floor in our replaced without disrupting the flow of patients. They did a marvelous job. The floor looks fantastic. Very responsive, when I called them.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Floor Coverings International, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to customer satisfaction.
We got a couple of quotes to install some basement stair carpet. FCI was slightly cheaper but we were impressed with Tim and wanted to give him a chance. We were very happy with the results. The work was carried out in a timely manner, the carpet installers were very professional and friendly and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend Tim and his team.
Tim visited my home to assess what needed to be done in regards to installing hardwoods in one bedroom. He listened to my concerns and questions and had solutions to any issues I posed. We discussed matching the hardwood in the hallway as well as talking about the pros and cons of painting the room before or after the installation of the flooring. (I assumed painting HAD to be done before new floors were in.) Tim had samples with him, which meant I did not have to go to a showroom to choose the product I needed. He helped me... read more
