Floor Coverings International was an amazing company to do business with. Charlotte and her team were on point every step of the way. Communication, pricing, customer service and workmanship were far above average. Deadlines were met as promised. Finished project was beautiful. Work area left immaculate. I cannot say enough good about Charlotte and her company.
FCI provided the best floor covering experience I have ever. The salesperson, Charlotte, came to the house and spent all the time my husband and I needed to decide on the right flooring for our project. The installation went more smoothly than any other I have ever had. There were a couple of slight hiccups but they were resolved very quickly. I worked in the flooring business for eleven years so I am keenly aware of the flooring installations nightmares that can occur. There were no nightmares with FCI.
The entire experience from first meeting Charlotte, then the in home sample selection, to installation done professionally and quickly by two great guys. I highly recommend this company!
