I had scheduled an appointment for last Friday for Donovan to come out and give me a quote. The appointment time passed and no phone call or people at my door. I called to see what was going on. I was told by the person that answered he would get in contact with Donovan and I would get a call to reschedule. That call never happened. I will not recommend a company that doesn't communicate with potential customers.
Amazing company to work with. We met the owner Donovan, at a home show at the Ranch. He sent Juan out to give an estimate for new flooring. He was very helpful and polite. We decided to go with them and we are very happy we did. When the crew (4 guys) showed up, they were on time and prompt. After asking us a few questions they got right to work. My son started this job and then became unable to finish-due to difficult circumstances. Donovan made this vets dream come true! The finished flooring is both beautifully done and makes life so much safer for this Vet! They were so respectful and showed the highest level of craftsmanship. Thankyou so much!!
