He personally came out and spent time to make sure we had the perfect match. Even the installation team came out separately to review the project and prepare accordingly. We had a great experience with FCI Lake Barrington. It was super convenient to be able to set an appointment real time instead of playing phone tag to arrange an appointment. We are always so overwhelmed going into a flooring store with materials spread out all over. This process is so much easier, we told Mike and Lori what we were envisioning and it was as easy as them going out to the van to gather samples.
