Customer service is non-existant. I had floors put down approximately five (5) years ago and now have several uneven spots due to a vapor barrier not being installed. I have called multiple times to coporate to speak with someone and each time they tell me how responsive they are and somebody would call me back. So far it has been three weeks and have not heard from anyone. Definately would not recommend to anyone.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. The carpet installation was an absolute disaster—there are bubbles everywhere, the surface is uneven, and there are visible gaps at the seams. To make matters worse, even the owner is a liar; their main tactic is simply stalling for time.
