The last half of my floor was sloppy. Some of the pieces were not glued all the way down. Had to have someone come back 3 times. Then dried glue was left on my floor. It was very expensive and I thought it would be great to have a new floor but the mistakes took the joy out. Sorry! But it's a learning process.

I am very satisfied with my whole carpet experience. The carpet samples was brought to my house and I was able to see what I picked in the room that it was going into. The men that put the carpet was nice and work efficiently. The cost of the carpet was reasonable.
The team at Floor Coverings International is wonderful. There were no high pressure sales, great communication, and excellent service. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we are thrilled with our new carpet!
