It was the worst experience. do not use these guys. Watch the "as needed" in the contract, you wont get any of it. i had to pay other guys to redo the job correctly.
Great to work with! Very professional from the first contact thru installation. An unfortunate misstep during the process was handled immediately and with satisfying results. Competitive pricing. We would certainly recommend this company for flooring needs.
If you are looking for a reliable small business for your flooring needs, FCI is the best. Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing and a stellar team. Our new carpet looks and feels amazing. I'm already planning to have FCI return to replace our hardwood in the kitchen. A special thank you to the owner Marty and the installer Steven. You outdid yourselves!

Had a WONDERFUL experience purchasing and then installing a new luxury vinyl plank floor from Floor Coverings International in West Branch MI. EVERY step of the way; from finding them at the Ogemaw County Fair to visiting their warehouse to having Marty England come out to guide us in the selection process to installation!!!
