I cannot say enough good things about Floor Coverings International. They were able to save the day when we were left hanging by a different company. They were quick and willing to work with us to get the job done. They keep in direct contact throughout the whole project so you are never left wondering what is happening next. They do excellent work and it shows.
Marty was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He brought carpet samples out to us and was able to figure out exactly what we needed pretty quickly. He always returned our calls promptly. Tim and his crew did excellent work installing the carpet. They were kind and respectful every step of the way. The experience was great and we highly recommend this company!
The entire team that I worked with in selecting and having my flooring installed were very professional, trustworthy and helpful. The communication between them and myself was excellent. The workmanship and quality were outstanding. I love my new flooring! I highly recommend them for anyone looking to have new flooring installed.
