I received an estimate from FCI for some flooring in my basement in 2024. FCI was a mid-priced bid, not the lowest. However, I wanted the job to be done right so I did not pick the least expensive option. FCI laid down the flooring that they recommended for my basement. Within weeks it was peeling up. Chip was very honest, respectful, professional, and friendly to deal with throughout the entire process. The foreman Ricardo and the other 2 carpet installers were very hard working, efficient, and courteous during the install. We love our new Mohawk carpet and memory foam pad. The color and quality are amazing. The carpet gives the entire house a new vibe look and feeling. We are very grateful.

very professional and very well done, with no problems all work done in a timely manner the floor looks like it was installed not sanded and re stained.
