The owner was extremely nice, accommodating and prompt. Really helped me and my church out with his quick response and install.
We are thrilled with the work this company did to replace all the carpet in our home with luxury vinyl plank. From start to finish everyone was punctual, knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient. I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. Every person I dealt with was professional, communicated their timelines, and got the job done in a timely manner. My rental looks fantastic with it’s new luxury vinyl. Pricing was also very reasonable.
This company was extremely attentive with our needs as our son lives in the house. He is a paraplegic and his wheelchair is very sensitive to level floors. Our floor was not as it was in an order part of the house. The floor slopped which he was very aware of. Floor Coverings In terminational was very responsive in making the floor level for our son. Isaiah and Vick were great to work with, our floors came out great and Isaiah had great communication the entire time of the demolition and installation. I’d highly recommend.
