I was contacted last Sat and was told, I could have a consultation appt Monday morning. While on the phone discussing the time, I was told a 10am & 11am was available. My Exact words were maybe I'll do 11 & then I immediately said it'll be hot Monday & I'll take the 10am appt. The sales girl confirmed my time for 10am. I even received a text if I wanted to cancel. A sales rep called me at 8:30ish & left a message saying I changed my appt. I did not appreciate that, therefore, I will not be using your company!!
