Unfortunately we are very disappointed/unhappy with this store. we purchase an high cost flooring from them. waited for a schedule to install it, for a long time,and never got it. Finally we had to find another installer to do the job. This was a professional good installer that did not want to use the glue from Floor Country Canada that sold to us for that floor. We tried to return the glue to the store and they refused to take it back. We were not informed that glue is not returnable. If we knew it, we will not buy it righ... read more
