I highly recommend Floor Country. Their selection is top notch…but what impressed me most is their warmth, and customer service. I mis-measured the job I was doing, and ended up ordering an extra case, and even though they have a “no return policy in place”, they were gracious enough and made an exception for me to return the extra case.
Was so great working with Floor Country. Hency, one of the consultants, was so helpful with the colour of flooring to choose and very efficient in setting up a quote and arranging the details of the delivery, install etc. And I can’t say enough about their installers! Very professional and their workmanship and care was phenomenal! I definitely recommend them!!
I can’t recommend Floor Country enough, to anyone that wants to do kitchen renovations and/or flooring! From the first stages of planning and design ideas, straight through to working with all the different professions (Cabinetmakers, countertop guys, painters, flooring, etc) - It’s always so stressful doing something like this, and I was overwhelmed at the beginning… but Hency was a calming force, meticulously keeping us up-to-date with the floorplan, who is coming in to do the work… Absolutely everything. Ella and Evan were FANTASTIC to deal with. We went in to look for floor colour and ended up getting that and some design changes for our new kitchen. 10/10 recommend!!
