Floor Connection blew others out of the water from the quote to the communication to the scheduling and execution. Stephanie was very helpful in picking out the best carpet option for us and I felt confident she had our best interest in mind. I reached out to Steph last Thursday regarding replacing the carpet in our guest room and stairs with hardwood flooring. The next day someone came out promptly to take measurements, which gave me hope that the process would move quickly. I was told to expect a quote by Monday, but unfortunately, I never received one.
