I reached out to Steph last Thursday regarding replacing the carpet in our guest room and stairs with hardwood flooring. John and Stephanie are amazing! Very polite, professional and ethically sound from what I gather. Floor Connections replaced some of my 35 year old hardwood floor (water damage) and refinished the whole kitchen floor. Perfect job Sanding and refinishing. John gave us his honest opinion on how it would look with different sealants and he was spot on!! Great job!! Thank you!
