The entire experience of working with Floor Concepts and their staff was amazing. The experience was outstanding from the showroom through installation. Brandon and carpet installers Jimmy, Mark and Fernando couldn’t have been more professional, friendly and concerned for a positive outcome. Every question was addressed, even centering the area rug and coffee table at the end of two very long days. Highly recommend!
Brandon and the entire team were all great to work with. He was patient in helping us find the right carpet that would withstand our 4 kids. They did a great job with installation, kept everything clean and moved furniture. They all made installing carpet in 3 bedrooms and the hallways upstairs a stress free experience! Highly recommend them if you are looking, you won’t be disappointed
A great experience from start to finish: Greg came to our home to see what we wanted and to take the necessary measurements. A few days later he guided us thru various options at the store. The selection process was informative and relaxed as Greg answered questions without trying to "sell us" some specific carpet that was perhaps more profitable.
