We got hardwood for bedrooms and now carpet for room in gameroom area. Patient people. Their installers are top rate.

We stopped by to talk about replacing our recreation room carpet. They were extremely helpful with giving us a wide range of options for our home. The installers did a great job, kept our home clean, and were wonderful to work with. Everything turned out better than we imagined. We would definitely use Floor Concepts again and highly recommend this store for anyone looking for flooring.
My wife and I were thinking about replacing our flooring and we stopped by Floor Concepts on a whim one Sunday afternoon. When we walked in we were greeted right away and the folks there (Brandon) was great to deal with, He must of spent two hours with my wife and I showing us different types of flooring.
