Was assured of a warranty for the work. When the work done fell apart. My outreach attempts when unanswered. I will be reporting them to higher authorities to get a resolution.
Flood busters installed sump pump and pit on high side of basement. It doesn't work until it's 10 inches of water. Never offered to fix or even give estimate to move the pump only charge to clean it. I would never recommend them.
Barely looked around. Advice was off. Spent maybe six mins in my house.
I called them about a botched job that was done with the previous owner of my house. They came out right away, saw the problem and fixed it within a week. I was expecting it to be difficult, but they honored the 15 year warranty and did an excellent job. I was very surprised after my dealings with other businesses in the area, and businesses in general with warranties.
