During the Toronto Rain Floods in July 2024, I reached out to 5 different flood service providers but Chad and his team was quick to respond to my inquiry within 30 minutes. He was completely busy with other jobs but still made the time to come by to my home at night (10PM) which was completely unexpected but he overdelivered in his customer experience which was a huge plus.
