I did a water demage claim to my insurance company they recommend woodhouse restorations ; from the first call with jason the same day of the claim it went very smooth and the workmanship from kyle and the team was super the fact that did notlose a day of work to have this job Down was super thank you work well down i highly recommend this company

This is one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. My insurance amount was approved on July 10th; however work did not begin on my house until September 5th. My insurance company and myself reached out to the project manager several times and didn't receive a response for a month. He finally seemed to pass the buck onto someone else and that's when work finally began to happen. Their communication is absolutely terrible. Woodhouse came in after a torrential rain caused flooding in our basement. All of our dealings with Woodhouse were excellent! The crew that came in to asses the damage and take out the carpet were professional, efficient and reassuring. Derek and Adam were especially helpful during this event. They were always available for questions and concerns.

Woodhouse visited my condo to investigate water damage from the roof. This happened after it rained and you can see water mark and paint bubble in the ceiling. Woodhouse concluded the damage was caused by water spill and cat pissing on the wall. What joke with this company.
