Service was right on time (same day call) for a kitchen ceiling leak. They found a creative way to air it out without totally disrupting our daily lives. Cleaned up everything so well and gave us good 24 hour service options. Service team were incredibly kind and explained the approach and process so well. Thankful for their help in this emergency that could have been a lot worse.

We used Flood Rescue for water we had in our kitchen and laundry room due to a slab leak. We thought the plumber (not related to Flood Rescue) that had come in before had fixed the problem, but Flood Rescue found the actual problem, and the plumber came back out to fix it. Best company hands down to restore a flooded home and helping to remove mold. Very fast response time and available 24/7 for any water leaks emergency. They are up front and honest from start to finish and always the biggest advocate for the customer when dealing with home insurance claims. Just one call could save your home from costly repairs and further damage.

After a water leak, Flood Rescue was recommended. They were quick to respond, assess and start the drying process. They worked with our homeowners insurance and the process went smoothly. All the representatives were polite, professional, and very expedient. They kept us informed throughout and did a great job. We were very impressed.
