**UPDATE** Caleb has since reached out to give us a better explanation and appologize for the previous lack of communication. I am very disappointed with our most recent dealings with flood rescue. We had them out a year previous due to an issue in our garage where they had to do mold remediation, dry wall removal, insulation removal, and removal of part of a wood built-in unit. Rod was great and I have no complaints about that first interaction which is the reason I gave an extra star. Fast forward to our most recent issue with a small leak in our main closet.
