Alex was fantastic! He came to our home at 8:15pm on a weeknight and was able to assess, clean up, and dry out our hardwood floors from a refrigerator leak. He was so respectful, kind, and competent. He made us feel so at ease when it was a crazy day to begin with. Definitely recommend this company and the qualified employees.

Our home was flooded due to Hurricane Helene, we called Flood Pros USA and they were very responsive and were onsite within a few hours and ready to help. Their service is not the issue I have, it is the price they ended up charging and how they went about it. We were literally standing in flood water in our home when they arrived and we asked point blank what is the remediation going to cost and Anthony said he isn't sure, I said I'm not letting you start any work until you can provide me an estimate so he goes and calls hi... read more

I reached out to Flood Pros for help with my insurance claim. Allstate was refusing to pay my water damage claim. Jamal who responded to my call put my mind at ease when he said that he would help me. Jamal was excellent at explaining each step, instructing me on how to confront Allstate and move my water damage claim forward. He walked me through the process explaining every step.
