Our home was flooded due to Hurricane Helene, we called Flood Pros USA and they were very responsive and were onsite within a few hours and ready to help. Their service is not the issue I have, it is the price they ended up charging and how they went about it. I reached out to Flood Pros for help with my insurance claim. Allstate was refusing to pay my water damage claim. Jamal who responded to my call put my mind at ease when he said that he would help me. Jamal was excellent at explaining each step, instructing me on how to confront Allstate and move my water damage claim forward. He walked me through the process explaining every step.
